We will learn how to do the authentic Italian fresh pasta from scratch, homemade Ravioli and delicious Tiramisù. Come back home with a wonderful memories, a personal experience made of food, wine, anecdotes and laughs. During the all process you will be help by a passionate and patient professional private chef. The best food experience takes place at PummaRe restaurant, our creative lab. You will be greeted by our bartender with a welcome drink (prosecco or Spritz light cocktail), accompanied by home made chips cacio e pepe. After this brief culinary warm up, you and the Chef will prepare three great classics of Italian cuisine: Fresh Pasta, homemade Ravioli and delicious Tiramisù. Each participant has a single station to work from, with a wood board, apron, and a rolling pin. The pasta will be seasoned with the best Roman sauce. Passing from the classic tomato and basil, to a tasty carbonara. Last but not least the tiramisù, with which you can explore your imagination, declining the traditional recipe with a selection of tasty ingredients. Once your hand-on experience is finished, sit down in our cozy restaurant or on the outdoor terrace to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
