At this stop we will see the statue of Grandma Olga, an important Dena'ina matriarch who depicts scenes of life at a subsistence fish camp.
- ✓Drive by Lake Hood, the busiest float plan base in the world! Stop for a few minutes to take a picture and hopefully watch a float plane take off or land. Learn a bit about Alaska aviation at this scenic viewpoint.
- ✓Follow your guide on a short walk in Earthquake Park to learn about the Great Alaska Earthquake that rocked southcentral Alaska in 1964. Watch out for moose in this area!
