- ✓The total duration of the tour is 35-40 minutes, and overflying the oldest eruption site and the newest one.
- ✓Please note that landing is not guaranteed at the eruption site, this will depend on weather conditions and restrictions in the area, but we will give you the best viewing experience from the air.
- ✓All our flights are weather dependent and we have to abide by the rules and regulations set in place by the Department of Civil Protection and Emergency Management.
- ✓Please keep in mind that eruptions are an event of nature and it may or may not be active at the time of your tour.

A) Try to change the time on the same day (e.g. go in the afternoon instead of the morning).
B) Offer you to go on a different date (e.g. they day before or the day after).
C) If we are fully booked and can not offer options A and B we always give a full refund!
