Orlando Indoor Skydiving for First-Time Flyers
Upon arrival at iFLY in Orlando, check in and head to the flight deck to watch other guests on their free-fall flights. Then, meet the flight instructor and head to the classroom for a short training session on the basics of indoor skydiving with up to 12 other guests. Learn what to expect as well as the hand signals that are used to communicate once inside the flight chamber. Then it’s time to suit up. iFLY provides all the required skydiving equipment, minus the parachute. Each guest then takes two turns inside the wind tunnel, flying on a wall-to-wall column of air gusting between 130 and 175 miles per hour—one at a time with the instructor’s assistance. Get a close-up view of everyone’s flight just outside the chamber, while learning and honing the necessary flight skills at the same time. The thrill of flying in this high-speed wind tunnel is an unforgettable sensation. At the end of the session, the instructor puts on an aerial performance of various air-assisted twists, turns and flips inside the tunnel. Afterward, all flyers receive a signed certificate of achievement commemorating their first flight. iFLY also takes videos and photos of the flight, which are available for purchase along with shirts and other merchandise.

If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Minimum age is 3 years
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
