- ✓The Vrijdagmarkt in the Belgian city of Ghent is one of the oldest squares in the city. The square is approximately one hectare
- ✓Ghent's town hall is a four-sided complex of buildings, surrounded by the Botermarkt, the Hoogpoort, the Stadhuissteeg and the Poeljemarkt.
- ✓Saint Bavo's Cathedral, the oldest parish church in the lively heart of Ghent, is built on the site of a 10th century church and a Romanesque church.
