D-Day- Canadians - Normandy Private Tour from Le Havre
Your experienced and licensed guide of the Normandy Battlefields will take you on a unique experience back in 1944 alongside the Queen Own Riffles of Canada, the Sherbrooke Fusiliers, and all of the brave young men who gave everything for Normandy, France and Europe. With many stops near Juno Beach and an extensive visit of the Juno beach Center and bunkers, you'll really understand what happened here 77 years ago to save Europe from tyranny. Lunch on Juno beach in a restaurant with local specialties. If your ship's schedule allows, you'll also have time to visit Honfleur.

- ✓Guided tour of the Juno Center on Juno Beach for a better understanding of the amazing involvement of the 14 000 Canadians on D-Day, and hundreds of thousands in Normandy, and throughout Europe from D-Day.
- ✓Here, you will watch the 100 days of Normandy in a 360 cinema in order to immerse yourself in this 3 month long terrible battle started on these shores 77 years ago.
- ✓Guided tour of the Canadian Cemetery at Bény sur Mer
- ✓Guided tour of the Ardennes Abbey near Caen, where 27 young Canadians were executed by SS commander Kurt Meyer a couples of days after the initial landings.
