If you select the option of Hot Air Balloon Ride, by the Mexican government it is mandatory to provide the following information: full name, weight and medical conditions. Also, if your weight exceeds 100 kg, each additional kilo will have an extra charge. The maximum weight allowed per person in the balloon is 150 kg.
If you select the options "Teotihuacan with Basilica of Guadalupe" or "Teotihuacan first thing" : For safety reasons, all babies must travel compulsorily in an approved child restraint system inside the bus. Trekzy does not provide children's chairs, so each customer will need to take their own. As the child restraint occupies a seat, an additional charge will apply to guarantee and reserve the seat on the bus.
