Guatapé Tour: Piedra del Peñol with Boat Tour, Breakfast, Lunch
You’ll meet your guide at the Medellin meeting point and board the vehicle destined for the colorful town of Guatapé. Along the way, you’ll stop off for a traditional Colombian breakfast. On arrival, you’ll admire the La Fenix de America monument before ascending the almost 750 steps to the top of Peñol Rock (La Piedra del Peñol), from which you’ll soak up stunning views of Lake Guatapé. Then, you’ll rest your legs and enjoy a well-deserved lunch before exploring the quaint town of Guatapé and taking a boat ride on the Peñol Guatapé Dam. Finally, you’ll return to the bus and relax during the 2-hour journey back to the original meeting point in Medellin.

The llama and animal farm stop may take place at either Alto del Chocho or Parque Temático San José. Both locations offer a similar experience, so the guide will decide which one to visit on the day of the tour based on logistics, traffic, and access conditions at that time.
- Please select your hotel in the town area as long as you have chosen the option with hotel pick-up, otherwise you must arrive at the Parque del Poblado meeting point. -Pick up only at some hotels in the Poblado area with this option selected. Start time: 06:30 a.m., start of pick up at hotels. Maximum waiting time 5 minutes. - Meeting point: El Poblado Park, in the church. Start time 06.50 am minutes . - Maximum waiting time 10 minuts, from this hour the tour will start -On holidays and high season, the meeting time will be brought forward 30 - 40 minutes to the stipulated time, this will be notified to the client. - The last people to arrive at the meeting point will not have the possibility to choose the position, it is possible that their seats are not consecutive with their companions. - When the tour leaves the meeting point, it is not allowed to join it in another place, nor reach it on the route, for logistics and time reasons
