Stop for lunch in Manitou Springs, where you can also shop for souvenirs or gifts. Next, be driven up to the summit of Pike’s Peak. At more than 14,000 feet (4,200 meters), the views from here are incredible. Taking a guided tour means you can watch the landscape rather than the road, and avoid the risk of mountain driving if you’re not used to the conditions. After getting your fill of the beautiful views, be transferred back to Denver.
