What you'll see & do

  • Here is our meeting point for the group tours. You will easily find our 4x4 car at the car parking next to the Rike park. We will send you more detail directly. Please leave the correct Whatsapp number or email. We can wait for you only 10 mins before starting time.
  • On the way to the mountains, we will make a stop for a photo opportunity at the Jinvali lake, which is used as a water reservoir. When the sun shines, the water shows an amazing color blue.
  • We cannot skip Ananuri Castle on your way to the town of Kazbegi. This complex on the Aragvi River is one of the best-protected fortresses in Georgia.
  • There is an incredible place that attracts many tourists – the white Aragvi and the black Aragvi have their own color, the rivers do not mix up and look like a black-white stream.
  • Gudauri sits at an altitude of 2,196 meters, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Greater Caucasus range. Travelers visit this famous mountain area to breathe the crisp air and enjoy a relaxing time. During the winter months, it serves as a premier destination for skiing with family and friends.
  • The Russia-Georgia Friendship Monument or Treaty of Georgievsk Monument is a monument built in 1983 to celebrate the bicentennial of the Treaty of Georgievsk and the ongoing friendship between Soviet Georgia and Soviet Russia. There is a lot of history depicted on the mosaic. The panoramic view around the monument is breathtaking, especially if you love mountains!
  • The beautiful Truso valley, source of the Tergi River, heads west off the Georgian Military Hwy 17km south of Stepantsminda. It's dotted with ancient towers, abandoned Ossetian villages, and strange mineral phenomena, notably the Abano mineral lake that bubbles with carbon dioxide.
  • Yes, we know this is your target. So we do not charge additional money for that like other companies. Hope the weather will be good and you see something.
  • All eyes in this valley village face the hilltop 14th-century Gergeti Trinity Church and its neighboring belltower both of which enjoy glacier-capped Mount Kazbek as their backdrop.
  • After the tour, we return to Tbilisi. However, if you prefer to stay in Stepantsminda (Kazbegi), we’ll be happy to leave you there instead – just kindly let us know in advance, so we can organize everything smoothly for you.

Remember to bring cash or cards for your lunch, coffee, and any personal expenses. Cash will also be needed for restrooms, tips, and other incidentals.

Please note that the price of this tour may vary based on several factors such as the day of the week, the number of participants, the season, and current promotional discounts. We encourage you to check the specific details for your desired date to understand the exact cost for your unique booking.

Our off-road tour to Kazbegi and Truso is seasonal, available from June to October only. Ensure to plan your visit within these months for this unique experience.

Weather — Mountain conditions change fast. Tbilisi might be 30°C while Gudauri and Truso are cold and windy. Layers and a windproof jacket are essential every month. In June and October bring something genuinely warm.

Facilities — Truso Valley has no toilets, cafes or shops. Use facilities before entering the gorge. Bring water and snacks.

Roads — The Truso dirt track is rough. If you're prone to motion sickness bring your own medication.

Please note that all timings provided are for informational purposes only. The actual duration of the tour, the length of the stops, and the sequence of the itinerary may vary depending on weather conditions, traffic, the pace of the group, and other external factors. The company cannot be held responsible for any such changes.

• Private Tours We provide convenient hotel pickup and drop-off directly from your accommodation in Tbilisi. • Group Tours Group tours do not include hotel pickup or drop-off service. Utilizing a specialized 4x4 vehicle for city transfers would significantly increase the ticket price for everyone. Instead, we gather at a single, easy-to-find central location to keep the tour affordable and ensure we depart for the mountains on time. Our Meeting Point: Europe Square (Rike Park), Tbilisi. We meet in the open asphalt parking lot directly next to the unique, old-fashioned tramcar that serves as a cafe.
