The facility features an overwhelming view of Mount Fuji and high-quality hot springs from its own source, allowing you to enjoy a large open-air bath while gazing at Mount Fuji. Bathing fees are approximately: 1900JPY If the facility is closed, we will substitute with Gotemba Fuji Hakkei (ticket: 1000 JPY) or Gotemba City Onsen Association( ticket: 500 JPY). You can only choose either shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets or a hot spring，on the third Thursday of February，both the outlet and the hot spring are closed for a regular holiday, so you will visit either Lake Yamanaka for sightseeing or Lake Yamanaka for a hot spring experience.
The tour guide will hold a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point. Simply tell the tour guide the name you used when booking, and you'll be able to join,Please arrive 15 minutes early. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will cover any overtime fees for the guide and driver. we kindly recommend not scheduling any activities or transport afterward to avoid losses.
