Get ready to discover the history of Córdoba thanks to the most representative monuments of the city and see how the Islamic, Christian and Jewish faiths marked their presence in the city. Skip the long lines of the 8th-century Cathedral-Mosque and marvel at its forest of columns and double arches. Admire the mihrab (apse) of the former mosque and see how its transformation into the city's cathedral was able to maintain the old Islamic structure, while also adding the typical elements of a Christian church. Then, prepare to take a stroll through the Jewish Quarter to see the Arabic market, and the bronze statue of the medieval Sephardic philosopher, Maimonides. End with a tour of the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, one of the primary residences of Isabella I of Castile and Ferdinand II of Aragón.
Temporary update (valid from July 2025 until further notice): For reasons of structural reform inside the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, it will not be possible to access the rooms that are under construction. As an alternative, you will explore its historic gardens and the Christopher Columbus monolith. In addition, you will complete the experience with a visit to the Baths of the Caliphate Alcazar, a unique space that reflects the splendour of the Caliphate's past

Soaring double arches, granite columns and intricate geometric decorations: the Cathedral-Mosque of Cordoba (also known as the Mezquita) is a serene yet awesome beauty. Not only a magnificent example of Moorish and Islamic architecture, it’s also a fascinating reflection of the city’s past and the many civilizations that once inhabited it.
The Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos is one of the most important monuments of Cordoba. The construction of this defensive complex was ordered by King Alfonso XI de Castilla in 1328. It offers the visitor magnificent gardens and courtyards that maintain the original traditions. It is one of the most visited places of interest in the city along with the Mosque and the Synagogue.
The Synagogue of Córdoba may be small, but it's rich with history and culture. Built in 1313, it is one of only three original surviving pre-expulsion synagogues in Spain, and the only in Andalusia. The other two original synagogues can be found in Toledo.
