Tuscany Tour: Siena, San Gimignano, Chianti, and Pisa

Meet your tour guide and group at the departure point in central Florence, and climb into the comfortable tour bus bound for Pisa. During the journey, enjoy views of Chianti vineyards. In Pisa, disembark at the Field of Miracles (Piazza dei Miracoli): a green field populated by buildings exemplary of Romanesque architecture. See the Duomo, the baptistery, and the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa, one of the most iconic buildings in the world. From Pisa, drive past hilltop hamlets scattered across some of the most enchanting areas of the countryside. Arrive in San Gimignano, where a Tuscan lunch with wine pairing is served (if option selected). Continue to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of San Gimignano, famous for its still-intact medieval town plan, “Manhattan of the Middle Ages” because of its towers. Cap off your day with a walk through the squares and alleyways of Siena, passing the Piazza del Campo and the world's oldest bank. Explore the Siena Cathedral (if option selected). After your time in Siena, board your bus for the trip back to Florence, where you are dropped off at your departure point.
