- ✓Please meet for check-in outside the Bank of America Tower (Capitol St. side) about 5 minutes before your departure time. Look for NASA shuttle to arrive in front of the giant, colorful Miro sculpture.
- ✓Travelers will have about 5 hours to explore and enjoy the NASA Space Center before being picked up at the Space Center's front entrance / drop-off point. There is a 10-minute pick-up window.

To best ensure all Tram Tour availability, we would recommend choosing the earliest (9:30 AM) departure times.
In the event of bad weather, travelers may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion.
The NASA Historic Mission Control tram tour included with select packages is non-refundable and can be cancelled by NASA due to inclement weather.
Children below age of 6 are welcome to join the tour but require their own valid ticket.
Failure to arrive on time may result in a postponed tour subject to tour availability or an abandoned tour if we do not hear from you in advance of the scheduled start time.
