We will make a stop at the boardwalk to appreciate the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean where the statue of Neptune the King of the Seas is located. - ✓Its foundation dates from 1502, but due to the fire caused by the restorers in 1863 it was completely destroyed. And it wasn’t until 1956 that it was completely restored, although in 2008 it was remodeled. The cathedral has great religious value for Dominicans and is one of the most important pilgrimage points in the whole Dominican Republic.
