Each traveler is required to sign an electronic waiver at the latest 24 hours before the trip. Please sign using your full name; initials or first names alone will not be accepted as signatures. Please contact us in advance for infant/child safety seats to confirm availability. No infant/child will be allowed to sit on the parent's lap. If you don’t arrange a child safety seat with us in advance and arrive without one, unfortunately, your child will not be permitted to board and no refund will be provided.
We have extra space in some of our vehicles for your stroller. Please contact us to confirm we have room for your stroller. If you don’t contact us in advance about bringing a stroller, we may not be able to accommodate it, and you may need to leave it behind. Please make sure that the stroller is foldable.
We require a minimum of 4 travelers booked in order to run the tour. If this number is not met, we’ll gladly offer an alternative date or tour. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we will provide a full refund.
