Upon arrival in Khajuraho, check in at your hotel. Later, explore the magnificent Khajuraho Group of Monuments, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its intricate stone carvings, remarkable architecture and beautifully preserved Hindu and Jain temples dating mainly from the Chandela dynasty. Later in the day, check out of your hotel and meet your driver for a transfer to the designated railway station, either Khajuraho or Jhansi, depending on your confirmed train arrangements. Board your overnight train to Varanasi, one of India's oldest and most spiritually significant cities. Relax during the journey as you travel towards the sacred River Ganges. Overnight stay: On board the train to Varanasi. Please note: The departure station, train schedule, travel class and arrival time will be confirmed according to your final travel arrangements. If the departure is from Jhansi, additional road travel time will be required.
• ✓Day 05: Arrival in Varanasi – Sarnath Sightseeing Tour - Arrive at Varanasi Railway Station following your overnight train journey. After some time to refresh, proceed on a sightseeing excursion to Sarnath, one of the most significant Buddhist pilgrimage destinations in India, located approximately 10 km from Varanasi. Depending on your confirmed travel arrangements, you will be transferred to your hotel in Delhi or to Indira Gandhi International Airport for your onward journey.
