Travel with a small group in a comfortable minibus and enjoy commentary from your local and licensed tour guide. Receive expert guidance on the history of Niagara Falls, how to spend your free time during the trip, and any other questions you might have. Arrive in Niagara Falls around 10:00 AM to enjoy 4 hours (summer) or 3 hours (winter) of free time to explore the falls. Join an iconic optional attraction or two like the Niagara City Cruises boat tour (summer), Bird Kingdom, Journey Behind the Falls or Skylon Tower. Visit the flashy Clifton Hill village for solo and family fun with activities like the Niagara SkyWheel, Ripley's Believe it or Not, an arcade and more. Cancellations: Must be made in writing to book@QueenTour.ca at least 24 hours before your pick-up time to receive a full refund. Attractions: If you pre-purchase attractions, we will organize your tickets. Attractions are available subject to availability and may be replaced with a similar attraction if unavailable. The Hornblower Boat Cruise is usually open from around May 1 to December 30. Exact days subject to change. The boat is replaced with "Niagara Takes Flight" or a similar attraction when closed. What to bring with you: You might get wet on the boat cruise. Bring a water bottle, weather-appropriate clothing, cash (for activities and to leave your tour guide an optional gratuity), and a smile! Pick-up Locations in the Morning We will only pick up from your assigned pick-up location. Each bus is assigned to only one or two pick-up locations. Please do not change your pick-up location without asking our staff. Arrive 15 minutes early to avoid missing the bus; no refunds are provided for late arrivals. Pick-up is between 7:30 and 8:35 AM, depending on your location. Drop-off is expected between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, but this may change due to traffic or other conditions.
