Then you'll continue to Leopoldskron Palace, where you can enjoy the spectacular view on Lake Leopoldkron. At the gardens of Hellbrunn Palace you can visit the Gazebo, rebuilt for all movie fans. Your next stop is the Nonnberg Abbey, which is also nowadays an active women’s convent. As the Abbey does not allow visits within the walls, you can walk up the front gate of the Gothic Church. Then you'll head to the Lake District Area with incredible views and photo opportunities. At the Mondsee you can see the famous church, where the wedding scene was filmed. Afterwards you have some time to explore the picturesque town on your own before the bus brings you back to Salzburg.

Hellbrunn Castle sits within the beautiful surroundings of picturesque parks and gardens in the idyllic southern area of Salzburg. Built in the early 1600s this amazing piece of architecture was constructed for Salzburg's prince-archbishop Markus Sittikus. The late renaissance building took just 3 years to build and has been enjoyed by many for over 400 years.
