We pick up customers from their accommodation (hotel, residence, riad...). If it's a riad in the medina, since vehicles cannot always access them, we set suitable meeting points from where we pick them up. We try to ensure the meeting point is as close as possible to the accommodation. And if the customer is staying in a hotel in the new part of the city, within a 7-kilometer radius, we collect them directly from the hotel's entrance
