Once outside, look for your taxi driver, Gabriel or Ruth, near a welcome board displaying your name. Confirm your reservation name with them before boarding your taxi to Nohoch Kay Beach Club. Allow approximately 15 minutes to walk from your ship’s gangway to the meeting point. PICKUP TIME Your pickup is scheduled one hour after your cruise ship arrives at Costa Maya Port, but no earlier than 9:00 AM ship time. Please make your way to the meeting point with enough time to be ready for pickup. CRUISE INFORMATION Please provide your cruise ship’s name and arrival time at the time of booking.
