• ✓Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus is a historic railway station in the city of Mumbai, India. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its name used to be Victoria Terminus.The station is also called VT (as short-form of Victoria Terminus) or CST (as short-form of Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus). The station was built in 1887. It was designed by Frederick William Stevens.

• ✓Asiatic Society of Mumbai’s (formerly Bombay) library with its treasures of books, periodicals, ancient manuscripts, painted folios, coins, artifacts, maps and prints. Its origins can trace back to the Literary Society of Bombay, meeting for the first time in Mumbai on November 26, 1804, and was founded by Sir James Mackintosh – a lawyer, jurist and public figure in England who was also the Recorder of the King’s Judge for Bombay. The library was formed with the intention of ‘promoting useful knowledge.’
• ✓The Gateway of India is one of India's most unique landmarks situated in the city of Mumbai. The colossal structure was constructed in 1924. Located at the tip of Apollo Bunder, the gateway overlooks the Mumbai harbor, bordered by the Arabian Sea in the Colaba district. • ✓Popularly known as Chowpatty, the beach is located in southern Mumbai along the western railway route. This small sandy beach is a popular place to chill, and a must visit for all tourists who visit Marine Drive for the first time. At night, the beach appears to look like a colourful fair. Children from all age groups rush to ride the Ferris wheel and merry-go-rounds, while the adults indulge in the city's famous street snacks. Visitors also head to nearby attractions and local markets, to get the most out of their day out.

• ✓A memoir of Mahatma Gandhi, Mani Bhavan is located in Laburnam Road, Mumbai. Known by the name Gandhi Museum, the main highlight of this Gujarati style residence is that it is here Gandhi laid the foundation for many independence movements like Non-Cooperation, Satyagraha, Swadeshi, Khadi and Khilafat movement. • ✓Dhobi Ghat (Mahalaxmi Dhobi Ghat) was an open air laundromat (lavoir) in Mumbai, India. The washers, known as dhobis, work in the open to clean clothes and linens from Mumbai's hotels and hospitals. It was constructed in 1890.
