Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve: Selvatura Park Canopy Zipline
Choose from four daily departure times and head to Selvatura Park, the only zipline course located inside the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve, for a high-flying adventure through one of Costa Rica’s most unique ecosystems. Set beside the misty San Gerardo Cloud Forest, this park offers a rare chance to experience the canopy from within a protected reserve rather than from the forest edge. After meeting your guides, begin with a full safety briefing before being fitted with a harness, helmet, and all necessary equipment. A short walk through the forest leads you to the first treetop platform, where your ziplining experience starts. With your guides assisting at each launch point, glide from platform to platform across a series of long, high cables that carry you above the cloud forest canopy, offering sweeping views of the jungle below. The course features some of the longest ziplines in Costa Rica, designed for extended rides and a stronger sense of flight. To complete the experience, take the leap on the giant Tarzan Swing for one final burst of adrenaline before returning to the park.
