Pick up can be 30 or 45 minutes after the Ship has docked at the Port. After booking, the customer will receive a separate email or call from the supplier with detailed informations about the meeting point. We can pick up from any airport or airbnb within Puerto Plata City. If you do not see your hotel or Airbnb, please add Info on your Note section upon booking. Pickups in Sosua and Cabarete, an extra fee may be charged. If you are staying at a villa, Airbnb, or private rental, please make sure to provide the exact address and building name in your booking notes.
